• Application packages for the 2011-2012 school year will be accepted between April 4 and June 13, 2011 only.
  
  
• Applications must be received in our Rockville office by 5:00pm Eastern Time the date of deadline.
  
  
• Applications received outside of the acceptance period will not be considered.
