Gift Policy

Gift Policy

  1. The Association solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent with its vision, mission, goals, and values. The Association may refuse a gift that is inconsistent with these principles.
  2. Unrestricted donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities, without limitations.
  3. Restricted donations or grants with conditions will not be accepted from federal or state governments.
  4. In the course of its regular fundraising activities, the Association will accept donations of money and in-kind services.
  5. Other types of gifts, including real property, personal property, and stock, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special liabilities they may pose for the Association.​​
