​Please contact WeKoPa Resort & Conference Center 10438 N Fort McDowell Road, Fountain Hills, AZ 85264, directly at (480) 789-5320, or toll free at (844) 493-5672, ​or on-line at www.wekoparesort.com

  • For the special group rate of $121 per night, please identify yourself as a member of the REPATRIATION CONFERENCE when making reservations. 
  • All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night, non-refundable room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • Reservations must be received on or before October 31, 2019, 5:00 pm Arizona time.  Requests for guest rooms following the cutoff date will be reserved on a space and rate available basis. 
  • The Resort Fee of $25.00 per room, per day will be waived. This fee includes, but not limited to: In-room coffee, bottled water,  Hi-Speed Internet, Fitness & Business Center access (24-hour), Daily newspaper, In-room safe, and Local telephone calls.
  • Cancellations and changes must be made 72 hours prior to the reservation date, or a penalty of one-night's room rate and tax may be charged.
  • An early departure fee of one night room and tax will apply if Group members check out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
  • A late check-out fee of 50% of the group rate plus tax will apply if Group members check out later than the confirmed check-out time.
  • Unless otherwise agreed to, the check-in time will be 4:00 p.m. and the check-out time will be 12:00 p.m. Late check-outs must be approved in advance, and are subject to late departure charges. 
Transportation
Expect a 30-45 minute drive between the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and the WeKopa Resort. WeKoPa Resort does not offer complimentary shuttle service to or from the airport, but their desk staff will be happy to arrange for airport transportation. Please call their front desk at 480-789-5300 if you would like to request transportation.

Native American Travel (N.A.T.) is owned and operated by the Seminole Tribe of Florida and supports the Association's travel needs. N.A.T. is a fully accredited travel agency that can assist anyone and everyone with all their travel needs.
