Archival research

Uncover the past to inform the present and protect the future.​

These projects focus on recovering historical information and context that supports the Association’s long-standing mission. Interns will research institutional archives, historical partnerships, and early programs. Ideal candidates are curious, thorough, and familiar with academic or historical research methods, especially in Native contexts.

Current Projects:
  • Collect, validate and combine scholarship data for master spreadsheet
  • Collect, validate and combine summer camp data for master spreadsheet
  • Create a timeline of Board and staff leadership through the years
  • Research Princeton involvement and National Summer Camp history
  • Update the National Summer Camp Report Research and Association summer camp information
