Your cryptocurrency donation can create a world where diverse Native American cultures and values are lived, protected and respected!
​How do I donate cryptocurrency to the Association?
Donating cryptocurrency to the Association is easy. Use the pledge form on this page, select your cryptocurrency type, complete the information, receive the wallet address, ​and make your donation.
The IRS classifies cryptocurrencies as property, so cryptocurrency donations to 501c3 charities like the Association on American Indian Affairs receive the same tax treatment as stocks. Donating cryptocurrency is a non-taxable event, meaning you do not owe capital gains tax on the appreciated amount and can deduct it on your taxes.
